SKPS Girls in grades 3 - 8 may participate in our school volleyball program. Our squads include a developmental league for grades 3 and 4, JV league for grades 5 and 6, and a Varsity league for grades 7 and 8.

The season runs typically from August 1 to November 1.

Section games are set by the diocese and a minimum amount of games must be played to qualify for diocese events and championships.

Spring volleyball is available to SKPS boys in grades 5 - 8 with thes season running March - May.

Our squads include teams in the JV bracket (5th and 6th grade) plus our Varsity team (7th and 8th grade). Practices typically will begin in March when the diocese advises practices can begin and then they continue on during the month about 2 to 3 times per week.

The section games will be set by the diocese and a minimum amount of games must be played to qualify for diocese events and championships.

Our Celtics will practice during the week at our home courts during the school season. Game days for our home court will be determined at a later date due to scheduling with the diocese. Travel to all games, away and at home are the responsibility of the family.

SKPS Girls and Boys in Grades 3 - 4 may participate in our Spring Developmental program. Home and Away games will be held throughout the Spring against other Diocesan schools. The season runs from mid-March through early May generally with 1 game and 1 practice per week. We do our best to avoid conflicts with other sports.

Depending on numbers, we may also have multiple teams at this level.  In recent years we have had two teams that play in diocesan sections for both boys and girls teams.  Only the 1st team is eligible for the post-season Diocesan playoffs.  Additionally, we may have developmental teams that continue to work on the fundamentals and skill improvement while scheduling games against other diocesan and local teams.  At this level, points, wins/losses are kept and rankings are developed and maintained at the Diocese office for the section teams. A weekly practice or two and games are expected and a set number of games will have to be played for ranking purposes for the section teams.  Tryouts will be held to determine team placement in late July.  Team practices will not begin until a start date authorized by the Diocese sometime in October.
