Registration and Activity fees help offset the costs for items for each sport that need purchased or updated, uniforms, event fees, referee fees, field and court rentals, tournaments and section championships to name a few areas of our expenses during all sports programs. Registration and activity fees noted below are for one session of a particular sport.

Physician and Medical Release Form Notice
Your child's registration is not complete until we have received clearance from your child's physician. Each student is required to submit a completed Physician's Release Form for each sport they play.

• SKCS students must submit a completed Physician's Release Form to the school office in an envelope labeled SKCSAA with the student's name, grade and sport registered for.
• For Ironmen sports, please bring your completed and signed Ironmen Physical Form
  for each of your Ironmen Athletes to Summer Equipment Pick Up (not required for summer campers).
